So here's a little about myself, I am married with a son and daughter on the way(January). I am looking to lose weight, not to have a thin model figure. I just to change my lifestyle and become a healthier me. I figured i can start now with research and changing some eating habits. Once my dd is born and i have healed i can begin working out starting slowly and getting where i want to be. Nice to meet you all hope we can all get where we want to be on our journey's.
