I was crossfitting and doing some hard core dance videos but I have to lower my intensity.
But I'd like to hear recomendations for low intensity workouts that don't use a lot of abs. I have 2 and 5lb hand weights, a jump rope,and a yoga mat. Not much but it should help me get through the pregnancy and stay some what active.
** anything outdoors is out until April/May when the snow and ice melt, if we get any (winds are too high to be outside currently)**
