I had a bowl of life cereal and coffee.

I had a bowl of oatmeal made with milk with brown sugar and cinnamon, and 3/4 of a banana. Well it was actually half a bowl (half a serving) of oatmeal because my almost 4 yr old DD took half of it lol. i got pretty good n satisfied off of it. im trying to focus my carbs and higher calories in the morning, but just cant bring myself to eat that much in the morning.
Oh, I also made oatmeal raisin cookie bars, NOT good for me - i only put 1.8 sticks of real butter in it LOL, but its for the kids however I DID lick the spoon a couple of times :/
2 small yams, 10oz almond milk, 2 hard boiled eggs, and an orange. Not sure if I'm going to eat it all at one time, but I will eat it by the time lunch time comes at 1:30 here.
27oz of water down so far.
