Stopping at the gym on my way to school.  probably 40ish minutes of cardio.  I like intervals on the arc machine lately.

I like doing high intensity intervals for 30 or 60 seconds, it's like speed up slow down speed up slow down...i feel like I get a good workout doing that. they say when you do that you "keep burning calories after the workout from it" ...not sure how that works lol but most sources do say this!

4 mile run and an hour weight class at the gym... Karen- I"M LOVING Bodypump!!!! I've had 3 different trainers now, but all of them are a blast!! 713 calorie burn for my little body today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im resting, ive had this awful sore throat for a week now and cold for nearly two weeks and im exhausted, so no workouts til im feeling better
