Welcome to Day 5 of the Holiday Challenge!

During the holidays, we are surrounded by friends and family. Recruit one or two of or your most trusted allies, and share with them your goals for staying on track during the holidays.

Being accountable to someone other than yourself, will help you make better choices when faced with holiday indulgence.

I don't have an accountability partner, and I don't think that would help me.

I don't like answering to anyone about my weight loss and working out.  I do talk to my girlfriend about it.  We eat better when we both concentrate on eating better.  I think it really comes down to having to answer to yourself.

I just got a new partner who I met here on CM. Her baby is near the age of my baby and she has about the same amount of weight to lose.  We are emailing and texting and we will start to talk on the phone soon to talk about our goals. It's good so far!
