Welcome to Day 6 of the Holiday Challenge!
Carving out extra time during the holidays can prove difficult, but if you can find the time, add 10 extra minutes of cardio into your day.
Adding in 10 extra minutes of fast paced activity into your usual workout routine can balance out the effects of holiday eating. If you cannot add in the extra time during your workout, you can do it throughout your day. Try high intensity cardio like jumping rope, high knees, jumping jacks or simply running.
