Sounds yummy

I always offer frozen berries with Cool Whip as a dessert on holidays as an alternative to the typical high calorie fare.  It's hard to watch your diet when everyone else has something good to eat.  I layer into champagne glasses frozen mixed berries, and alternate with Cool Whip to make low calorie healthy parfait.

I don't make low fat treats. But we always have veggie and fruit trays as an option.

I'm actually new to calorie counting and just recently started my lifestyle change so I've been searching for recipes

I really like skinnytaste.com.  My favorite dessert I have tried from her was

http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/11/mini-pecan-phyllo-tarts.html

They were so easy to make, too, and fairly cheap except for the pecans.

No I usually don't, but I'm not usually the cook for the holidays.  We spend Christmas driving all over town seeing family and eating whatever they make.  I just enjoy it and limit the bad. :)
