Dunno where to start

Well as my title says I have no idea where to start.  I want to lose this baby weight cause my dd is 14 months old now so I can't blame the weight on my pregnancy anymore.  I'm a single mom that goes to school so I'm not always able to cook a healthy meal for myself.  Now that it's getting colder we aren't able to run around and play outside like we were so being stuck in the house or driving in the car makes it difficult to lose the weight as well.  Not trying to make excuses I just need help figuring out how to get a healthy routine to fit my schedule.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the group!  I would start out by looking at what foods you are eating...your diet should be filled with fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean protein, and little to no processed food.  Do you track your calories?  That's a good start as well:)  Good luck mama!
