I got up this morning and did 10 min of this fat burn on-demand exercise video. It was enough to get me a decent sweat so I felt all fine and stuff before I headed out for work this morning, haha. Gave my son some encouragement I believe to get his jump rope in when he gets home from school today :-)
***I'll check back in later this evening. I plan on doing kickboxing tonight but, I won't confirm it until it's done***
