Do you use it?

What are your thoughts about it?

*I DO realise it isn't actually ZERO calories

No, fat is important and food in its whole and natural state is pretty important as well. :)

What's the point of zero calorie butter?  If it has no calories, it's not butter.  It won't have the nutrients of butter.  And it's definitely not the source of saitity promoting calories that butter provides.

I use real unsalted butter, olive oil and coconut oil. I don't use fake items as they have zero nutritional value.

i'd rather just limit my intake of real, natural unsalted butter than any of the tubbed fake stuff.

This, except I do use salted butter.  I try to stay away from "diet" foods, except I do use Newman's Own light salad dressings (they're not fat-free, just lighter).

I use unsalted butter and EVOO but I do use non-stick olive oil spray that says 0 calories. :)
