My breakfasts are always so boring to post. LOL. I have just about the same thing every morning because it's my fav.
1 whole Omega-3 egg, 3 egg whites, 2 oz. red sockeye salmon, spinach, onions, chia seeds - scrambled with a little sweet red pepper chili sauce on top.
