Ok so I woke up this morning and before I had breakfast I weighed myself.
Now I should tell you I'm 5 feet nothing so the number looks low but I'm short so it really isn't.
135 EEK! So I have gained back 7 pounds in 4 months.** didnstart til after holidays where I gained another 5 pounds so starting weight 140** If I keep this up ill gain it all back.
So my goal is to be 120 by may. It sounds like a small goal. 2 pounds a month. Becuase I having faith issues. So that's my goal. Now to make my healthy eating and exercise plans lol

Drink half my body weight in oz of water every day
Exercise for 30 mins (not sure what I'm doing yet)
Eat healthy. More fruits and veggies!
I'm also going to do meatless mondays. I'm hoping to get back to learning new recipes!

130 as of this morning.
And of course AF is on its way so I'm sure it will bounce back up.
Still no cravings!

So I did great until after lunch.
I had a cupcake with icing and sprinkles.
I did 20 mins walk at home.
And I walked to and from the grocery store 45 mins.
So far I've had 3 glasses of water and half a bottle. Working on the rest.

Did a meatless day today. Went ok. I just need knew recipes lol.
I had 2 cup cakes and some chips today too. But I had lots of veggies got a workout in and 6 glasses of water today! So slowly getting back on track.
Went over my cals. I need to get that in check.

So today I didn't count my cals. It was such a busy day. However I made healthy choices all day! Atleast thought so!
Tomorrow I would like to add more veggies today was high in fruit but I'm not craving sweets yet so that's a good sign (wish me luck for after I take my pills eek)
Didn't get much of a workout in but I did go on a few walks today and was up and out about all day.
All in all fairly good day

So its like one in the morning here and I was bored so I went to the fridge and made a veggie plate lol. Small steps right lol. Its also weird I had a lot of fruit today but I didn't crave any sugar. I'm wondering if I should keep up my fruit intake ??

You don't need a ton of fruit- you can get the same vitamins and minerals from veggies without the sugars.  It's up to you- I love my fruit!  =)

goodSmall goals are great!  Sometimes, I think we women place huge expectations on ourselves and then become really depressed and give up when we can't or don't meet those expectations.  Your goals are great, and I'm rooting for you all the way!  You CAN do this!

Oh I know. But I wondering to get threw the holiday with all the sweets. Lol.
