Ok so I woke up this morning and before I had breakfast I weighed myself.
Now I should tell you I'm 5 feet nothing so the number looks low but I'm short so it really isn't.
135 EEK! So I have gained back 7 pounds in 4 months.** didnstart til after holidays where I gained another 5 pounds so starting weight 140** If I keep this up ill gain it all back.
So my goal is to be 120 by may. It sounds like a small goal. 2 pounds a month. Becuase I having faith issues. So that's my goal. Now to make my healthy eating and exercise plans lol

Drink half my body weight in oz of water every day
Exercise for 30 mins (not sure what I'm doing yet)
Eat healthy. More fruits and veggies!
I'm also going to do meatless mondays. I'm hoping to get back to learning new recipes!

*update*
130 as of this morning.
And of course AF is on its way so I'm sure it will bounce back up.
Still no cravings!

Ok so I'm 134 AGAIN ugh
So want to lose atleast 6 pounds by easter march 31st.

Wow is it ever hard NOT to weigh myself. This is going to be a long few weeks lol

So today I didn't have time for a full workout so I did little workouts here and there.

Eating wasn't the best because I had pizza and wings for lunch then strachy meatballs and noodles for dinner (atleast homemade lol)
Water was good
And I'm proud of the snack choice I made. Broccoli and cauliflower steamed and then some nuts and half a almond milk coffee lol
Felling good about today. Could have been better but I had energy all day!

So today was good! I treated my self a few times but stayed in my cals. Didn't really get a workout in walked to the store and back not far.
Water was good
Once again sucks not going on thw scale. I didn't realize how "addicted" to it was.

Over my cals
I had icecream half of a half a cup , half a caramel cake and a protioned bowl of chips tonight.
It was a rough day.

I feel pissed off . I can't seem to keep my cals under 1370 I'm never going to lose this weight on Monday I go to the doctor aol I'm weighing that day I want to see the difference in our scales .new doctor. So my bf quit his job again mother f*CKer ....... it makes me want to stress eat ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

My new Dr scale is has the same read out on my scale he said just above normal which I new we packed about diet and exerciser he agrees what I'm going is the hralthiest way to loose weight.
