Now I should tell you I'm 5 feet nothing so the number looks low but I'm short so it really isn't.
135 EEK! So I have gained back 7 pounds in 4 months.** didnstart til after holidays where I gained another 5 pounds so starting weight 140** If I keep this up ill gain it all back.
So my goal is to be 120 by may. It sounds like a small goal. 2 pounds a month. Becuase I having faith issues. So that's my goal. Now to make my healthy eating and exercise plans lol
Drink half my body weight in oz of water every day
Exercise for 30 mins (not sure what I'm doing yet)
Eat healthy. More fruits and veggies!
I'm also going to do meatless mondays. I'm hoping to get back to learning new recipes!
