Thermogenic Soup Recipe

Would you like to Fire UP your Metabolism??

from FITworks:

“The spices and vegetables in this soup have been specially selected to make it a negative-calorie 

meal – that means the more of this soup that you eat, the more calories you burn. That’s the power of thermogenic foods.”

Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cups low sodium beef broth
1 cup water
1 whole green bell pepper, chopped
1 whole red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup celery, chopped
3 green onions chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 head chopped cabbage
2 dashes cayenne pepper
pepper to taste

directions:
Heat Dutch Oven over high heat
add olive oil and cabbage
add broth and water to Dutch Oven
cover and bring to a boil
add vegetables
simmer 10 to 15 minutes or
until vegetables are tender
add green onions and simmer for another minute
serve (serves 4)
