Let's start 2013 off right! 1000+ minutes of activity in January! Track your minutes here! Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, or 2000! 1000 minutes breaks down to just 32 minutes per day
(which allows for rest days with higher activity minutes on other
days). 500 minutes would be about 30-35 minutes every other day.
Obviously
exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc,
etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks,
heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc). I'd probably count that
stuff btw.
