Let's start 2013 off right!  1000+ minutes of activity in January!  Track your minutes here!  Feel free to set a 500 minute goal, or 2000!  1000 minutes breaks down to just 32 minutes per day (which allows for rest days with higher activity minutes on other days).  500 minutes would be about 30-35 minutes every other day.

Obviously exercise counts (running, workout DVDs, lifting, elliptical, etc, etc, etc), but you can decide what other stuff you include (going for walks, heavy cleaning, gardening, etc, etc, etc).  I'd probably count that stuff btw.

Everyone reply  to this post daily or weekly or however you want on how you're doing with your fitness minutes.  I usually reply daily with my minutes for the day :)  

Who is in this month?  WE CAN DO IT!  :0)

I'm gonna shoot high here and say 2000. I think between training for my half in less than two weeks, then getting ready for another half in February, plus crossfit, I should be able to do it....

Holy cow! That's like 2.5-3 hours a day!! And I thought I was a crazy workout addict lol

I'll bite. I'll go for 1000 because I'm doing a walking challenge on another site that requires 20 minutes of walking a day...so I'll just find something else to do for 10 minutes lol.

I'll give it a shot, might get difficult with my class load this quarter but it's worth a shot. I'll go for 1000 minutes.
