Hi Moms,

Happy New year to you all. I know I am late but it never too late for something good for yourself :). As this is one thing am trying to do but just need a boost. I started last november to exercise and watch my diet and I was dooing good but then I had a job "which cannot be my excuse" but I dont make time for myself and I am looking for ways to be exercising at home. I am presently weighing 165 and and sieze 10,  befor I was 175 and and sieze 14 I want to go down to like 120 and sieze 8. I know I can doo it.
