Has anyone tried Sensa (this is the stuff you sprinkle on your food)? This seems like a ridiculous idea but I don't want to be judgemental...just wondering.

I wonder too. And I also think its ridiculous. But hey it might work for some people. It may be a mental thing.

I don't know anyone that has tried Sensa, but my mom was using Raspberry Ketones for about a month and she dropped 35 pounds! has anyone else had good results with the raspberry ketones??

I agree, ridiculous.  If you do a search through the group, we've had conversations about it in the past, and you can see some people's research and experience with it.  Same with raspberry ketones- SMH!  =)

You won't see many proponents of raspberry ketones here.  They haven't been proven safe, and no supplement gives long term results.  I would stay away.

How long did you use it and how much weight did you drop. I do not plan on trying it but was curious.
