Take it easy today. You increase your risk for injury if you work out on very sore muscles. Maybe do some gentle stretching and a warm bath.
Soreness is, overall, a good thing, as long as it's not an injury! When you exercise, you create microtears in your muscles, and as they rebuild, they get stronger, so when you're sore, you probably worked out good and hard! But this is why REST is just as important as those workouts are! =)

Soak in a bath with epson salt it helps
Also, be sure to take your rest days. I found out the hard way because my body was so sore I couldn't move!!

i saw a t-shirt one time that said, "pain is weakness leaving the body". i LOVED that and that's what i tell myself when i'm sore after working out :)
I've used whey protein shakes in the past to help with soreness.
