I built my own weight lifting and workout plan that took me a month to find the right one. I'm also going to eat clean and drink more water. I'm also thinking of starting a blog and using that as a food log type thing.

Medifast. It's a low carb diet, I eat five of their meals and one regular meal a day. So far,so good.

I have a very rocky past with my own weight loss situation. Back in August 2011 I began going to see a weight loss specialist who gave me the most amazing diet pills i have ever taken.  The only downside is that the prescription was $100 a month and after about a year I was so strapped for cash that i could not afford to go back.  But while i was entered in the program I learned that keeping my calorie count below 1200 per day would help me lose weight.  Even though I have not had the amazing diet pills I have not gained any of the weight back but I am still not at my goal.. although I am not that far off.  My plan to lose weight is to incorporate some physical activity in to my day, really pay attention to the amount of calories I eat and keep it below 1200 per day. Oh and drink more water and less coffee.

I am excited about this challenge because maybe I can learn some cool weightloss tips and maybe some new, cost effective recipes that will not hurt my budget or my waisteline =)

good luckbecause we rock

I am counting calories and keeping track of food intake and exercise on MFP website. I am sticking to 1500 calories a day and choosing healthier food as often as I can. I am also going to be drinking a lot more water daily, 8 cups if I can get them in! Exercise is more difficult for me. I am starting off at a very heavy weight, so I'm starting slow. Walking is going to be about it for awhile, and a mini goal I have is to get back to the gym mid-March so I can start bumping up my exercise routine. I am super excited this time around. I've attempted dieting in the past and have not been successful. I did lose about 70 pounds back in high school by eating less and drinking water all day, but now I've had 4 children so it's been tougher to lose. I know I can do it!
