Losing weight is very difficult for me

Hi!

    My name is Rebecca.  I need to lose about 50 -60 lbs., but it's so difficult for me.   I used to be naturally thin but ever since about my mid 30's (now I'm 44), I've been steadily putting on more and more weight.   I joined Curves about 1 1/2 years ago, and I started to lose weight, but then gained it all back and then some.  Now my membership is on hold because I can't afford it.   I'm hoping joining this group will give me the support I need to lose weight and keep it off.

 You should talk to your doctor about a weight pill called Adipex. It is safe and I've seen good results and haven't heard anything about it. This isn't something you can buy over the counter. When I go to the doctor next month I'm asking him for some.

Beca, start with changing your eating habits(sp?).

And incorporate some excersise. Go for 15 mnts walk or do something that you enjoy (so stay motivate it) and than incorporate more and more. Drink plenty of water.

I download an app name couch to 5 K (c25k) and I start jogging. What kept me motivated was that i join a 5k race so i knew i needed to practice.
