My husband is also overweight. He got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and was put on medication. He has lost close to 70 lbs by taking his meds and watching his carbs.
I really need to lose the weight so I can be healthy with him.
The problem is that I am completely worn out by the time I get home. I work and go to graduate school in the evenings.
I am a snacker and eat on the go. I need healthy snacks that keep well and won't break the bank.
Any motivating words and advice is greatly appreciated.
