I'm a stay at home mom. Needing exercise tips I can do at home. I'm not able to make to a gym at this time. I want tips that will make a difference, where i can make progress. I'm plus size so they need to be where i can start slow n work up to harder stuff. Thank you, i really do need ur help..

I agree with the ladies here. First start off slow, by taking walks and increase distance and speed as you feel comfortable. Then purchase or stream workout videos and/or DVDs to kick up your cardio. I would also go to YouTube and stream their basic dumb bell routines, which are great for strength training and toning! Best of luck Momma!!!

If you dont have Tv. you could always use a kinect. There are all different fun games for excersing. you forget your excerising bc ur trying to win the game. thata what i use. its called  Kinect Adventures.
