baked chicken cutlets seasoned(to your liking) with salt and pepper,garlic powder,paprika,sazon and chicken bouillion.Chop up fresh sweet green and red bell peppers and onions and mixed and marinate for 15 mins and throw it in the oven 350 degrees with extra virgin olive oil and water 1/2 cup for 15 mins on both sides.Steamedyour desired veggies and dinner is served :).What did you make?This meal is high in protein :)
