I am horrible i hate eating breakfast. I never have ate it. my husband tells my it would help me lose weight. So i might try it.

I am just not hungry . I forced myself to eat at least a banana. It is almost lunch time and I just don't feel like eating. I don't know if I should force something to eat or not.

english muffin, 1 poached egg. and cheese (made into a sandwhich) and a glass of homo milk (what we have for ds mainly)
