I am horrible i hate eating breakfast. I never have ate it. my husband tells my it would help me lose weight. So i might try it.
Strawberries & Cream Instant Oatmeal, a grapefruit for my mid morning snack and about 40 oz of water.
Cereal and a banana
I am just not hungry . I forced myself to eat at least a banana. It is almost lunch time and I just don't feel like eating. I don't know if I should force something to eat or not.
I just had a bowl of soup. I'm sick.
I had 2 yogurts
