Do any of you ladies have PCOS? If so are you finding it harder to lose weight? Where do you carry your weight? How much do you weigh? Do you find you have to do things differently to lose weight other than the regular diet and exercise?
I currently weigh 173 (down from 180) and I am 5'2. I carry all of my weight in my midsection aka gut and breasts. I have no hips or butt lol I know with PCOS carbs are a big no no seeing as there is the fact of possible insulin resistance but I can't help but love the carbs! The pizza, pasta, burgers and fries! *sigh*
Anyways any tips or tricks that you have done to lose weight and keep it off?
