I started at 160 lbs about 4-5 weeks ago. As of today I'm 151.6 lbs!!!! Not much but it's a start! I didn't measure myself in the beginning but measured last week and this week! Last week: tummy: 36.5, bust: 41, hips: 39
this week! Tummy: 35.5, bust: 39, hips: 37 3/4.

also thank you ladies for helping me on this journey! I have been spreading your advice! (Like needing to do tone work while losing weight, thank you for helping me do it the right way) anyway I have a ways to go until my goal weight (130-135) but thank you!!!
