So far 5 mins stretches and went for a 15 min walk with dd around the block. It was FREEZING out lol. Will be doing something later this afternoon when I put dd down for quiet time. EDIT: did 25 min jillian nmtz. Will also be going for a walk when s/o come home. My legs are soar. So I'm hoping it will help. 2 EDIT: went for a 30 min walk tonight!

45 min on eliptical 150 reps with 5lb hand weights!!

20mins on the stationary bike, 40 mins/2 miles on the treadmill, 5 mins of stretching and leg lifts

Wow do you run the whole time? I attempted the treadmill last night and whew I could only jog/run for a couple minutes I had to fast pace walk for the remainder. Even then I only did 10 minutes! Lol

I'm taking it easy today. I did a full body workout yesterday and need to recover. I will be walking later when I take ds to the model train exibit.

Oh heck no! lol I have moderate asthma so I power walk with 1 minute jogging intervals every 5-10 minutes.

I ran to and from the gym...7.53 miles round trip, and took Butts and Guts class at the gym for an hour.
