Time?

I was wondering how all of you find the time to exercise? I am a single mom of 4 & work full time.i do walk 20-30 minutes before starting my shift after I drop off the kids at daycare but I'd like to add a bit more..

I'm not single but I try to get to it after the kids are in bed.

I usually do most of my cleaning after they are in bed..I try to have them all in bed 7:30-8:00.but that is a good idea.

Welcome to the group!  Can you get up early and workout?  Is that an option?  I workout during my son's school and therapy time, but he's an only child and I'm a SAHM.  Hugs mama!

If you only have 20-30 minutes to work out a day, have you looked in HIIT training? That might be a good option for you as you have to be able to make working out practical for your life and I am sure that being a single mom of four leaves very little extra time :)

I would say to do something more intense during the time you have, or if you're able to get up a bit earlier, try getting in something then.  I'm guessing time when the kids are up isn't feasible!  =)

A DVD could be a good way to go, or try running.
