I had leftover from last night's dinner where I cooked ll day and we had company :)

Smoked chicken (no skin or bone), fresh green beans baked with bacon and almond slivers, and red roasted potatoes with spicy italian sausage, garlic and onions. very good :) not one of the best meals for myself, but delicious and portion controlled.

I made a sweet potato and drizzled some light maple syrup on it. It was just eh...not really in the mood for it :/

We are having spaghetti and butternut squash, eggplant slices, angel hair, and some homemade alfredo sauce I'm making.

I'm making my chili-lime tilapia with mango salsa!  Probably going to have brown rice and salad on the side.

That Kraft shake n bake stuff with chicken tenders in Santa Fe flavor.
A salad with raspberry vinegarette and some yellow rice with almost all the yellow flavor packet rinsed off.. Too much sodium otherwise lol
