Oh.... I could try cucumbers with cream cheese. Never thought about that combination. I tend to love raw veggies with hummus.

Apples and Peanutbutter, Strawberries and Cream, Popcorn, Cucumber and Cheese, Turkey Wrap, Strawberries and Yogurt, Dried Cheese

Those are all ones I've tried.

All those are awesome tips. The only thing I can add to that list is Celery Boats (small stalks w/peanut butter and/or raisins) or another family fave.. raw carrots w/peanut butter to "dip" in!

I make "Swedish Cucumbers".  Cukes soaked in vinegar and pepper.  The tartness does something to make it more satisfying and slows down my snacking.  The longer it takes the more satisfying it feels.

I eat most of the above...lately, I've been all about celery and peanut butter.  My kids are rubbing off on me!  LOL.

I am doing the dried fruit.  Cranberries are are 1/3 of a cup for serving size.    Raisins 1/4 of a cup.

I love popcorn since I learned the trick of putting plain kernals in a brown lunch bag and cooking it in the microwave. So much easier than using the air-popper!

I mostly snack on fruits and veggies, which are mostly zero weight watchers points. I also have popcorn, or 100 calorie snacks, or special K bars.
