Kept hearing how good it is...So I joined...seems to have an easy layout to follow...and hopefully it will help me keep track of what I eat a little bit better.
does anyone else use it?? does it help make you more mindful on what you eat and don't eat and incurage excersie so you can track it? well I think I am going to go fire up my zumba game now, I have been so lazy and let it go and started eating like crazy since the holidays. Hopefully I can get myself back on track! (I have only lost 5 lbs so far but I had only been working on weight loss for a month then Christmas and food and laziness struck)
