Sorry it's side ways. Salad: avocado, strawberries, tomatoes, cheese leftover pork tenderloin and vinaigrette! Yum!
Tuna fish with diced carrots, diced green pepper, diced celery, lite mayo, garlic and a dash of black pepper on a croissant with homemade baked fries. It was what I was in the mood for.

I'm having a HUGE green salad - 4 cups of greens plus a cup of sliced cucumbers and a tomato --> no dressing (I'm allergic to vinegar/fermented foods)
I'm also having a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup and some saltines with it (I love to eat soup using crackers instead of spoon! but, alas, I have them counted so I don't overdo it ;-)
Lots and lots of water
my "snack" later is a pile of fruit: honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, strawberries and bananas
