Yes, I said rowing, as in row, row, row, your boat.
The amount of time women spend slouching forward while sitting in front of a computer, driving and even texting on the phone, over time will effect your posture. Add in the additional frontal weight of breasts, big or small, and women will tend to hunch over.
One way to combat this slouching effect is by rowing. Rowing will not only improve your posture, it provides a good cardio workout, it will help tighten your tummy, give you toned arms, a sleek back, perkier breasts and a 'longer' torso.
Whether you are doing dumbbell rows or cable rows, the rowing motion occurs when you pull some form of resistance in toward your chest/upper abdomen on a horizontal plane by drawing together your shoulder blades. Rowing strengthens the rhomboid muscles, and stronger rhomboid muscles help roll your shoulders back, open your torso, lengthen the line that runs down the center of your abs and make you look taller!
