Let's Plank!
Yesterday we talked about posture and briefly touched on tummy tightening. Today is all about abs and building core strength.

There are numerous ab exercises you can do to tone and build your abs and core strength. Today we are going to focus on planks. Planks are considered one of the best exercises for acheiving these results. Planks work the abs, back and core stabilizer muscles. Plus all you need is a floor and a mat or towel, no equipment or gym membership necessary!

Basic Front Plank

I have never done planks but I think I'm going to try. Seems easy enough.

I have done them before and it took alot. They are much harder than they look. I will need to try again as i have flabby belly due to my five kids lol. Had them all close together with no time to lose the weight. I want to lose atleast forty lbs and deffinitely tighten up my belly

I actually like doing planks! I think they are kind of fun. Weird I know!!

Don't think I've done planks but now gonna give em a try. I'm just starting to regularly exercise so will have to work up to them.

I dont work out i just walk alot and keep moving as much as possible.

Oh boy, laughing at those who haven't done and say looks easy....easy if your body is like her's!  Ha, ha, lol!  They are rewarding, you know your doing something right away.  I'm going to try today, it's been a long time!
