Let's Plank!
Yesterday we talked about posture and briefly touched on tummy tightening. Today is all about abs and building core strength.

There are numerous ab exercises you can do to tone and build your abs and core strength. Today we are going to focus on planks. Planks are considered one of the best exercises for acheiving these results. Planks work the abs, back and core stabilizer muscles. Plus all you need is a floor and a mat or towel, no equipment or gym membership necessary!

Basic Front Plank

and omg does it work em

I do planks,push-ups, standing crunches, and a few other for my abs and tummy,try to everyday

I love planks, but haven't done them as much as I should. I like to do yoga and pilates, but lately been lazy. I need a kick in the butt to get movin

Planks hurt, but they work, wall sits are pretty awesome too!!

I do planks all the time..matter of fact, I just finished my workout and at the last few min. , I did planks for 30 sec. but I can do more..I love planks but my lower abs still needs work. :(

I have a love/hate with planks. If you really want to burn do 5 rounds of this: 60 sec regular plank, 60 sec right side plank, 60 sec left side plank.
