Two non-scale victories in a week! (Or is it 3?)
A few days ago I posted about how I made it across the monkey bars, and tonight I had a second non-scale "YAY!!!" moment. I've been doing a 15 minute workout with my Wii Your Shape (it's sort of high impact aerobics and other stuff, I haven't gotten through all the workouts it has yet), plus yoga. Tonight, I did 30 minutes of the Your Shape workout and only stopped once or twice long enough for water.
I can't remember the last time I did a workout like that for longer than 15-20 minutes. I know it's only 10 extra minutes, but I'm kinda proud. I'd say it's been at least 5 years since I could workout like that.
I also just quit smoking (yay for the e-cig) on December 18th. When I quit, I probably couldn't have done 10 minutes at that intensity level, so I'm kinda double proud of myself because I did a longer workout and I haven't gained any weight since I quit.
Now, who wants to tell me what you're proud of yourself for accomplishing? :)

Woo hoo!!!!! Keep those positive changes coming! That's awesome!!
it's amazing how much better you can do stuff when you quit smoking, huh?
"Only" 10 extra minutes is amazing, especially when 10 minutes was 50% or more of your old workout time! BE PROUD! =)

AWESOME! Those non-scale victories definitely help in staying motivated. Keep it up, Momma!

Sounds like you're doing great! I'm glad that I've started doing 5-6 workouts per week again instead of just 4 like I have been for the past couple of months. I want to keep this up until the weather improves enough to go for hikes and walks again
I made it through a whole mile with Leslie Sansone two days in a row and I even did the scheduled workout!! This is after 6 days no sugar, dairy or processed foods!! Yaay!
those are just as if not more important than the number on the scale!!
