I'm getting a treadmill!!! Before I became pregnant with my 3 month old I was running every other day for 1.3 miles. I had my run time getting faster and I was dropping weight. I was on the right track to be as healthy as I possibly could. I lost all my baby weight by 3 weeks pp (I actually hardly gained weight while pregnant). I have changed my diet but I just feel like I am not as active as I would like. Living up north it's kinda cold to try to drag both kids out so I asked my husband about a treadmill. We are going to put it in the basement so I can put the youngest in the pack-n-play or swing and my oldest can play with her toys or watch a movie. I am so happy to have the ability to run whenever I want!! I can't wait to reach my goal weight which I will reach quicker now that I have the ability to exercise more.
