Ive done 20 crunches, 10 pushups, 25 second plank, some yoga and I danced lol. And I'll be doing it again tonight. Im barely on my 4th day of my lifestyle change so im working my way up lol.

45 minutes of the 1st SPIN class I've ever done! Not sure it will happen again, but it was an interesting experience. I prefer zumba :-)
