Just curious what other people's meals look like.

Breakfast- 2 oatmeal toasters, 1 banana

morning snack- pretzels

Lunch- ham wrap, apple with peanut butter

after workout snack- banana and peanut butter wrap

Dinner- whole wheat pasta topped with diced tomatoes, a little bit of spaghetti sauce, chicken, green, red, and yellow bell peppers, and onion.

Scrambled eggs
Lunch was a sandwich
Dinner a had a kiwi and a real fruit Popsicle. I have a sore throat so didn't want to eat much.

Breakfast:

-coffee with 3 equals and 1/4 cup milk mixed in (I like weak coffee).
-2 slices of wheat bread with a tbsp of peanutbutter each.

Lunch: meatball sub (my home made 515 calorie version)

Dinner:
-rice, roasted red pepper marinade, red, yellow and green peppers, yellow and zucchini squash all mixed together in a curry like yumminess for 548 calories.

Snack: a slice of mozzarella cheese. Didn't have time for much snacking today.

Lunch: sushi
Dinner: beer and pizza

Breakfast: Special K fruit and yogurt cereal with vanilla almond milk and a cup of coffee.

lunch: turkey and Swiss sandwich on orowheat 100 calorie round bread with multigrain chips and sundried tomato hummus and a handful of cherry tomatoes.

snack: mango

Dinner: penne pasta with tomato sauce and oven roasted veggies (eggplant, zucchini, onions, red peppers, and tomatoes), with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

B- portien fruit smoothie. Greek yogurt, nautral peanut butter, almond milk, blueberries and a banana
S- orange, cheese string, half a pita
L- left overs : ww pasta , homemade meatballs and sauce with peas
S- soya nuts
D- half a sausage, 1/2 cup of rice , green beans and a garden salad no dressing
S- home made trail mix

Breakfast: 2 pieces of toast (wheat) with peanut bbutter snack: lil cutie oorange lunch: whit rice, 1/2 boiled chicken breast seasoned with mixed peppers sprinkled with a little cheese and salsa. Snack: 1/2 York mmint dinner: homemade green chili burritos. Snack: popcorn and coffee with creamer. After workout snack: lil cutie orange and a nature valley crunchy peanut butter (at 10:30 at night :/)
