It's officially been a week since I started eating healthier and better. And it marks a week without any pop at all!!! I've lost a few lbs. so far and I could not be prouder of myself!!! Anytime I start feeling discouraged in the least bit, I just remind myself that looking back at all the times I've tried dieting and quit, if I would have stuck with it, I would be done by now! So I'm not allowing myself to quit! Im so excited to feel like I'm finally on the right track! I made a visual board with motivational sayings and pictures on it and hung it right by my bed so every morning when I wake up I see it and believe in myself enough that I can do it!!!
