Welcome to Day 10 of the New Year Weight Loss Challenge!

BELEIVING you will succeed in your weight loss journey and fully committing  is half the battle!
What better way to show confidence in yourself than to lose your safety net.
By safety net, I mean 'the fat clothes'.
We all have them in our closets. "Just in case" we gain weight. "Just in case" we don't succeed.

As you lose the weight, don't give yourself an excuse to slip back into bad habits. Don't use too-large clothing as a crutch in case you gain the weight back.

Go through your closets and drawers and get rid of anything that is too big for you right now that you havent worn in a while.

Donate them to a womens shelter, local charity or church.
Sell them online or have a garage/yard sale.

Do you have 'just in case' clothes?
If so, why are you still hanging on to clothes that are too big?
Will you take up the challenge and get rid of these clothes?

I don't have many clothes at all!

Are you on the Weight Watchers program? This is a group for support through your weight loss journey. No judging or drama here!

Kinda.

I don't know. Because I'm really bad at getting rid of things.

Maybe

I am the biggest I have ever been so I am wearing my "fat clothes", but I do plan on giving them away as I outgrow them. I will no longer need so they can go to someone else who does. :)

No, I have my "goal clothes" which are the ones I used before I got pregnant and now that I'm 7 weeks pp I am determined to get back into them. Of course that keeps me limited in what clothing I can wear but its winter so I don't care, and by the time spring comes I should be buying some new clothes :-).

All the extra clothes i have are too small for me to wear. They are a kind of motivation for me to lose the weight. Anything that is too big i either donate or alter with my sewing machine.

Actually, I'm the opposite. Since I'm still heavy, I still wear my "fat clothes". I have a few pairs of pants that I wore pre-pregnancies that I long to fit into again that are hanging in my closet.

I'm making do with my fat clothes until I lose more weight. I can't afford to keep buying new clothes ado lose so I'm just making alterations to my fat ones!
