A pretty nasty visual for the fat youve lost, still have left to lose...

I'm sure most of us have seen some form of this visual but for some reason this one got me thinking "ewww" more than ever! To think that you are getting rid of all that nastiness is crazy.. even more crazy is to think about all that you've got in your body... Again hello motivation!

Holy moly! I've lost all that and then some but it's nice to have this visual. I can barely see the difference looking in the mirror but seeing this picture is quite an eye opener! :)

I like this picture right here. There is a misconception that muscle weighs more than fat. That is not true. 5 lbs is 5 lbs not matter if you are weighing rocks and feathers. Muscle IS more denser than fat though. As you can see muscle takes up less space that the fat does.

I've always liked those!  I'm curious what 100 lbs' worth would look like...  =)

Picking up my son has always been a great way to think about it, too.  When I was early on, it was like, "I've lost half of this!" or all of him, now it's like, "I've lost THREE of these!!"  Holy moley, no wonder my knees hurt all the time!

I think they mean that about quantity.      A gallon (or whatever amount) might be 10 pounds of fat but 20 pounds of muscle.
