For today's challenge, choose your one thing, and commit to giving it up for the rest of the month. For the next 17 days, commit to not eating those sweets or drinking that soda or ordering fast food or whatever it is that you want to give up.

i got in on this late but i would say fast food. we eat out entirely to much and not only is it bad for you but it also wastes money.
Same for me! I have already cut WAY back on all sweets, chips, and soda though.
