A large part of your journey is making lifestyle changes.

What is one thing you do or eat that you know you shouldnt while you are trying to lose weight?
For today's challenge, choose your one thing, and commit to giving it up for the rest of the month. For the next 17 days, commit to not eating those sweets or drinking that soda or ordering fast food or whatever it is that you want to give up.

Well I was going to say chocolate, but then I remembered my 100 calorie packs, I have only had 2 cans of diet Pepsi, so that's good. I guess I don't give up foods, just find healthier options.

i got in on this late but i would say fast food. we eat out entirely to much and not only is it bad for you but it also wastes money.

My problem is snacking while Im cooking dinner. I started cutting back since i have been watching my weight and will try for the rest of the month.

Same for me! I have already cut WAY back on all sweets, chips, and soda though.
