How to lose...

HWhat is the best way to lose the flabby skin on my sides.  Childbirth has left one big flab of skin above my hips and I would like to know what type of exercise will help you lose it because it technically is not fat, just flab and skin?

Skin is a matter of time and genetics, really.  Eating clean and strength training are the two things YOU can do about it, but most of it is out of your control without surgery.  When did you have your last child?

Yep, time, eating well, water, exercise.  Strength training will help a lot.  I have sort of the same thing and after doing some weight training it has improved a bit.

Lots of water!  It takes about a year for baby skin to snap back.  Make sure you're eating lots of nutritious foods, including essential fats (i.e., fish oil, flaxseed or flaxseed oil, chia seeds, egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, etc.).
