Starving!

I feel like I'm hungry all the time. I had a turkey, cheese and lettuce sammitch for lunch with like a dozen grapes and a glass of water. It's a little over an hour later and I'm hungry again
My husband thinks I'm nuts because I'll eat dinner and then feel hungry again in like an hour, even if I eat a lot

Have you been running more lately, Mary?  I know if I've had a long hard run or bike ride, I'll find myself starving the next day or two.

I did 1.15 miles of a run/walk with my son Saturday, 1.5 miles walking on Sunday, then 30ds. Today I did 1/2 hour circuit training, plus 2.5 miles walking.

Are you eating enough?  I haven't looked at your food diary lately.

Sometimes, you just need to eat more.  Other days, less.

I just upped my calories on mfp to 1590. It's in my bmr range so I'm trying not to eat back exercise calories.

Just had a bowl of popcorn, so there's like 100 calories. I feel a bit better

eating every hour is good. keeps your metabolism high.

Also if you feel like you are eating too many calories, try to go for high protein to feel more full, and make it last longer.

at least today I know why I'm starving, I'm having my period... I need to figure out a healthy way to have dinner, hot dogs in crescent rolls (pigs in a blanket?) and fried potatoes are on tap...
