Day 3 of the 30 Day Shred... Still ouch.

I could barely walk when I got up. lol. But this workout hurt a lot worse than it did yesterday. I hope I get used to it soon.

I didn't do well on my diet. I went over by about 300 calories.  :(

Heehee, day 3 was the worse for me too. After that though, its like magic and day 4 was hardly no pain at all. Stick with it! You are doing great.

The last time I did it I hurt for the first 3 or 4 days. Then it got easier. The first day or so of each of the two higher levels also hurt a bit. I just started it over again and it isn't bad this time.

Day 4 /5 is when it goes away then you go to lvl 2 and start over lol. Its worht it trust me! Keep going you'll be glad you did!

I agree, it will get better very soon!  Stick with it!  Shrug off the food today and start fresh in the morning!  =)

it'll be "ouch" for a week or two until your muscles get more conditioned.  stick with it; you'll be glad you did!

i am only on day 2 today and it hurts, trying to sit is not fun right now lol. it will get easier
