Anyone else gain while exercising....talk about discouraging :( UPDATED

Well ladies I weighed in up only .4 this week. I was so pleased with that. But I did lose like 3 inches over all!!! So definately some progress. The exercise makes me feel better, even if I lose slower. So I am gonna keep at it :) Thanks for all the support!!

I have been doing P90 for 1 1/2 wks now, I LOVE it, but man is it difficult. But I have gained about 1 lb this week, maybe more. It has always been that way. I am just so over it :( I wish I could be like normal women and lose when I exercise!!

That is totally normal, especially when you are doing something that makes you gain a lot of muscle. You will probably gain some more muscles before you start losing weight. Hugs

You are not alone trust me..It got to point that I quit exercising and I like to exercise..So I made up my mind to not just by the scale and at first clothes were even tighter..I think it may be muscle but now Im starting to lose

Take a break from weighing yourself and keep your focus. Your probably just gaining muscle. Don't be discouraged!

Nope I track all of my food. I am staying under calorie each day!

I've been going to the gym for 2 weeks and haven't lost anything. Your body has to build sufficient muscle before it will start going after the fat.

1800 is my goal. I stay under that! I burn about 300-600 calories a day through exercises!
