New Year Weight Loss Challenge Day 13: Move It To Lose It!

Welcome to Day 13 of the New Year Weight Loss Challenge!

One of the keys to successful weight loss is to constantly keep moving. You have to move it to lose it!

Focus on cardio today. Scrubbing pots and pans, shoveling snow, sweeping the floors, running, jumping jacks, going up and down the stairs, marching in place...these all count as forms of cardio.
If you aren't already doing so, you should incorporate cardio into your workouts. Or add a little extra cardio into your day.

Cardio not only burns fat but keeps you heart healthy as well!

I will be going for a nice walk later. I do cardio a couple times a week

I will be cleaning wen I get home from work. At work I park far away. I walk a half mile every morning.

I'll be playing tag with my pre-k class afterschool program. It's my last day with them and I want them to have fun.

I do zumba 5-6 days a week 1-2 hours  depending on the day

Bike ride as long as the rain holds off... if not I chase my 4 yo around the house.

at the gym on my lunch break I change it up every 10 minutes - treadmill, eliptical and bike- sometimes i do situps

What scrubbing pots and pans couts as cardio that's great. I will be walking the kids and dog after school.

I go up and down my stairs a couple times a day whether it be doing laundry, going to the bathroom or going to the computer. I also go to the gym 4 days a week and do 30-60 mins on the treadmill and 10 mins on the stationary bike.

i sweep, scrub, mop, do laundry all day for the most part....i dont sit veryu often. i also do cardio a few times a week

I walk everyday. I've also started jogging every other day.
