One of the keys to successful weight loss is to constantly keep moving. You have to move it to lose it!
Focus on cardio today. Scrubbing pots and pans, shoveling snow, sweeping the floors, running, jumping jacks, going up and down the stairs, marching in place...these all count as forms of cardio.
If you aren't already doing so, you should incorporate cardio into your workouts. Or add a little extra cardio into your day.
Cardio not only burns fat but keeps you heart healthy as well!
